Building a Foundation in Metal Manufacturing
In its early years, Langri provided material processing and custom manufacturing based on customers’ drawings and samples. Its products included battery contacts, spring clips, brackets, fan components, and mechanical hardware parts.
This experience established a solid foundation in metal forming, tooling, component production, and quality inspection.
Focusing on Footwear Spikes
In 2012, the factory began producing football studs, golf spikes, mountaineering spikes, and cycling shoe spikes. As the product range and sales volume continued to grow, the company gradually reduced the production of miscellaneous hardware parts and focused on footwear traction products.
In 2014, the factory joined the 1688 platform to expand its online sales channels and promote its footwear spike products to a broader customer base.
Entering the Winter Traction Market
A major milestone came in 2015 with the development of a five-point snow traction spike. The product received a strong market response, with daily shipments once exceeding 200,000 sets during peak demand.
Based on this success, the factory developed its first snow traction shoe cover and continued to expand the product range. Over the following years, it supplied domestic trading companies, e-commerce sellers, rubber product factories, and other business customers.
Expanding into Global Markets
Dongguan Jinhua Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. was registered in the second half of 2022 to strengthen corporate operations and develop overseas markets. Today, Jinhua and Langri continue to operate while sharing accumulated experience in product development, mold making, metal processing, assembly, and quality control.
Jinhua now supplies ice cleats, outdoor anti-slip shoe covers, snow traction cleats, alloy spikes, tungsten carbide spikes, golf spikes, football studs, track spikes, cricket spikes, and mountaineering spikes.
