Requirement Confirmation
Confirm the product style, packaging details, and total quotation with the customer.
Sample Approval
Provide samples for approval. Sample and shipping costs are paid by the customer, with modifications supported when required.
Order & Deposit
After sample confirmation, the customer places the order and pays a 30%–40% deposit to begin production.
Parts Production
Produce spikes, chains, rubber covers, and other components, followed by hardening, deburring, cleaning, and inspection.
Assembly & Inspection
Assemble all components and inspect the connections and product details. Defective items are reworked, while qualified products are packed.
Inspection & Shipping
The customer inspects the finished products, pays the balance, and the factory arranges shipment.
